The tools we manufacture and sell, we use every day in our  own shop. We try very hard to produce products that are  rugged and dependable to do the job they are advertised  to do, at a reasonable price. Our greatest concern is for  you the customer to be completely satisfied. If you have  questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to  call. We have considerable experience and will gladly  give you helpful, courteous answers.

How to order... Our office hours are Mon -Thu 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (EST), Fri 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m and Sat 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can mail your order in if you wish,  but we recommend you call first, we can then discuss your  order thoroughly and make sure you receive the tool best suited for your particular job.

Payment... We accept visa, Master Card, discover, Amex,  personal or business checks must clear before shipping. 

Shipping... All orders are shipped via U.P.S. with the exception of heavier items which will be shipped by truck freight.

Warranty  policy... All products that we manufacture carry a one year guarantee against defects in material or workmanship. If it is a product that we sell, but made by another manufacture, we will handle the warranty for you according to there policy. Any  tools or parts that fails during the warranty period  is 100% covered, and will be repaired or replaced free of  charge (excluding freight charges). Misuse or abuse is  not covered. Simply call and get a warranty authorization  number, ship the product postage prepaid back to the factory, and it will be promptly and cheerfully taken  care of.

Return Policy...

• Call and get a return authorization number. 
• All returns must be freight free NO C.O.D. 
• Any returned items that are Used or Damaged in shipment will have the cost of refurbishing subtracted from any refund. 
• Special orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. 
• Freight costs are not refundable. 
• A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all returns. 
• All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

Pricing... Because of the unstable gas & steel prices, There could be a change in cost. We will confirm the price at the time the order is placed.
