Return Policy as a general rule, all sales are final. However, some products may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt if the product has not been used, is in it's original factory packaging and the customer has called our sales department and been given a RA#. Items may not be returned once used unless they are defective. A restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged depending on item returned. Custom made parts are non-refundable.
