RETURN POLICY:
Call and get a Return Authorization (RA#) number.
All returns must be freight free, NO C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
Any returned items that are USED or DAMAGED in shipment will have the cost of the refurbishing and/or replacement if the item cannot be repaired subtracted from any refund.
Special orders ARE NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
FREIGHT COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
Any refunds will be refunded via company check.
